I have been selling cars for 8 years. I’ve used every CRM. VIN Solution, DealerCenter, Drive Centric, E-Leads. With that said, I can tell you the best app that allows me to do the things I need to get done in order to sell 20 cars a month. You have access to all your customers info, you can place the call and send the email. Your notes are all saved and every step you just took appears in an easy to read screen and it’s still on the same page as your lead. Everything is on that lead that you will ever need.

Banging your head against a wall is better than using this app

If you like headaches, just bang your head against the wall and save yourself the trouble of using this app! Both accomplish the same result! Seriously, this app never functions properly. It will log you out unexpectedly. Seems never to open properly to login. Customers get sent choppy text messages or you receive choppy text messages from customers and have to piecemeal them together. It will delete emails, or not send them. If you hop out of the app to double check something before sending a message or email it will erase everything you were working on. It sends texts to the wrong customer sometimes creating serious confusion and heat. The list goes on and on and on. I used to love dealer socket years ago. But they have seriously fallen off.

Love the DL Scan Update

I’m excited to see the updated Driver’s License Scan experience that saves some taps and makes the process more efficient - including being able update an existing prospect/customer record with the scanned license when you UP the customer.Some additional enhancements I’d love to see in the future:- Auto-capture back and front of license (or ID) without the need to hit the shutter button- When scanning the barcode to UP a customer, if an unexpired license/image is already present give the option to skip the photos and go straight to the prospect record- Allow sending a pre-filled SocketCredit App from the opportunity in mobile just like you can from the desktop version of CRMKeep the updates coming!

Poor System, not mobile friendly

We’ve been using this system for years and it continually crashes and stops responding. I have to delete and redownload the app weekly to get it to actively work.When trying to respond to emails, it is not mobile friendly, so you can’t see the screen as you type an email back. You cannot view your open opportunities on the app. You also cannot view your tasks due for the day, just your total tasks for all time. Searching for a customer is nonexistent unless you have their phone number memorized.The only thing the app works well for is texting customers back, but that’s only when the app loads.
