It tracks all entries, allows for comments and image attachments, and keeps a record of who created or updated each entry. Security Tours: Simplifies essential security and cleanliness checks. Users can create tours, track issues, add comments/images, and use NFC tags to ensure stops are completed correctly. Management gets simple reports on tour completion and issues. Contacts: Centralizes all important employee contact information (phone numbers, emails) in one accessible location. Procedures: Provides a single, accessible repository for all hotel processes and incident response procedures. Parcel: Tracks incoming parcels. Employees are notified of new arrivals, which include a picture, pickup location, and supplier. It keeps an archive of who collected a parcel and when. Lost & Found: Makes tracking lost items easy with pictures, location found, who found it, date, and storage details. Guests can even search for their items online. File Transfer: Share files externally the easy and simple way File Library: An easy and simple way to store PDF, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Image Library: A simple and easy way to have all images and pictures at one place with a powerful search Chat: Letting staff communicate directly without efforts Pinboard: A digital notice board where employees can post internal announcements, ideas, or listings. Posts are automatically deleted after 14 days, and employees can "like" posts. Home & News: A communication center for sharing important hotel information, upcoming events, and quick announcements/notifications with all staff. Users & Administrators: Allows administrators to assign specific permissions to employees for access to various modules.
