Many different programs to choose from (you get all the programs for the one price). They range from beginner to pro. Videos explaining exercises for anyone who needs it. Easy to track progress through any program. The nutrition portion is my favorite!! The food is amazing. Has everything you need. Complex meals that make you feel like a chief to basic, fast, easy meals that help you get out the door. It will pre-load meals for you if you want (no additional charges) or you can add things to your meal plan if you prefer. I’ve done both. And I love both options equally! I’ve had this app for years and it just continues to get better. Occasionally there is a glitch or problem. But after one email, problem is fixed. The team is quick to fix any problem that many arise!!

Good workouts

The workouts on this app have been great so far. They def make me sweat and i can tell a difference so far on week 4. I also enjoy that you can interact with Jen and there is a community. There has been some kinks as far as sometimes workouts not saving or the app crashing once i hit the last set and i have to go through the workout all over again to get it recorded. But i know the app has only been out about a month so i understand. I also enjoy their is a home and gym version. I started the gym workouts before the quarantine but once that started i was able to move to the homework outs which have been great! I have not used the nutrition on the app much but i do like that it is there for you to use. I will probably try and use that more once i can actually buy things in the store and they not be out of stock. But i would recommend this app if you want a good community and support and great home workout options right now.

I love that Jen has a modified version for working out at home since I do not go to the gym, but she does have the gym version for those who have one! The meal plans have probably been my favorite. I’ve always considered myself a balanced healthy person- haha! I love my veggies, but I also love sweets 🤣❤️! The meal plans have really helped me figure out how to put things together and also just gives me new ideas for food because sometimes it gets old eating my usual meals! I have followed Jen on social media for years now and I can’t believe I waited this long to get the app, so this is your sign …..GET IT NOW!
