Have not been able to save beneficiaries

I’m really enjoying using this app, it’s been quite helpful since. I would’ve given it a 5 star rating, but I can’t because since last year, I literally have to copy and paste account numbers each time I want to make any transfer. My beneficiary list just wiped out all of a sudden and since then, I’ve not been able to save any new beneficiary on the app. I called already to complain, but nothing came out of it since then. So, please, could you look into this problem and see what you can do to fix it. It’s quite frustrating considering that this is a mobile app and should be making my transactions less stressful. Thank you.

I’m really enjoying using this app, it’s been quite helpful since. The worse banking system is Diamond bank. In this universe, Diamond bank is the most terrible bank. How can you be calling and they hang the calls on you and leave you without meeting your expectations? I was asked to download this app in which I deed but the login process is so annoying. I follow all the steps I was told to but all my effort result in nothing. I followed the procedure but in the end, was “your account is been disabled” for what...? Why...? Then I call back to lay my complaint and my calls were declined just imagine..., the mobile APP is not good and now you are bringing another one. The mobile app only allowed me to do transactions only once a day and any time I try to do the second transaction it keeps on saying “you have exceeded your transaction limit...common..not even a big amount oooh just a small amount but still I can't do another transaction. I laid a complaint about this several times but still, no one could reach out.
Please fix your bank management and your workers.

Can’t save beneficiaries

I think after the last two recent upgrades you guys really messed up things.What’s the use of having a bank app where you can’t save beneficiary.Am not writing to you to correct your mistakes, considering that you’ve not been able to correct some certain problems that have been mentioned ealier before mine.I just hope your app developers know what they are doing, was actually working perfectly well till you guys brought about the recent 2 updates and I just came to check if there is a new update, only to discover there is non.I don’t even know why am complaining when your bad reviews are even bigger than your downloads.

I don't get impressed easily but few minutes ago i was very much impressed with ACCESS MORE app.I got an SMS alert that said i have not used my account for a while, i made a transfer and wanted to do a mobile top up at least to keep the account active. But i couldn't find the Access more app on my device. I know if i download it again i may not be able to login because may ATM expired last December and i have not had time to go for renewal, but i decided to give it a try anyway and i was Impressed when i was asked if i had a u see name and password and ahem i used i got immediate "ACCESS" to my account.Now i am really IMPRESSED 🙏🏽Take 10 stars please ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
