Usually the app always worked for me. This most recent update I can longer use any codes for a stay. Can’t see my recent stays or upcoming, as the app just closes when you press the tab. Same thing on the website when looking at it. I usually get my points for a stay 24 hours after checkout and now I’m not seeing/getting my points and I had a 21 day stay with close to 14k points the I can’t find nor use.

App still running very, VERY slow and I NEED my points to process faster than SEVEN days?!! It has NEVER been a problem to call directly after check-out and have a HUMAN physically push my points through. I’m houseless on Disability with a LOT of health issues and I rely on my POINTS for my FREE NIGHT so I can REST. However today, three persons at Guest Services are unable to process my points. So I EMAIL and get a response basically saying “Oops sorry we can’t GUARANTEE that we can Process them, we only did in the past “as a COURTESY” and it will take between 24 hours and SEVEN days to process!” WHAT THE CRAP IS THAT??? Guess I will be taking my $71 per night somewhere else then because I cannot wait SEVEN days for ELECTRONIC POINTS TO BE PROCESSED. That is RIDICULOUS. I have given this motel TWENTY THREE THOUSAND dollars this YEAR and you can’t process my points to give me a sick day off? UNFRICKINBELIEVABLE. SERIOUSLY SOO WRONG. Nobody cares about brand loyalty anymore. I guess I need to take my loyalty elsewhere.

First I want to say this App is terrible it don’t show when you checked in or out anymore and the points are not showing or if you cancels. How can you even keep up with anything if it’s not in the App we need to see as well what’s going on. Have to look in my emails all the times to keep count of the dates I checked in, it’s very confusing not being able to see it on the app. How would we know if we really getting our points from you all . I know I have more points staying a week in the hotel. You can tell us anything about our reward points. Then I get a story saying I used two emails. I’ve been using the same email since I have started using the app. If I don’t get my points I will be reporting this app as a fraud and scammer into letting people think they are getting free nights to stay and earn points. All my points should come on the same email I’ve been using . I like the hotel but I will not be getting scammed to stay somewhere.

Tried booking my room via the app. I got an error message, so I checked my card information to be sure I entered everything correctly and I did, so I tried processing it again. Got another error message. Tried a few more times and kept getting error messages. After several unsuccessful tries, I called the reservation number to speak with someone. The error message processed 7 room reservations under my name! And because I was paying an advanced room for a cheaper rate, the rep told me she could not cancel the duplicate rooms. I explained it’s just me, for 1 night, and the app wasn’t working properly. The rep said she would contact the front desk of the property. The rep was told by the front desk there was nothing they could do because those rooms were non refundable, but advised me to call the manager on Monday. Both were very polite but neither had authority to remove the duplicate room reservations. Before the call ended, I asked the rep to report the tech issues to the department, but she said there was no department for app issues. (That sounded strange.)I will call on Monday morning (it is now Saturday) and update this review. As a Red Roof member, there should be no issues with cancelling duplicate room reservations, especially if the app was not working properly. (I have pictures as proof but not sure how to upload them to the review.)
