I wish I could give this less than one star. We use this for our toddler and while we can deal with the occasional connect drops and the hardware malfunctions (e.g., camera loses connection in the middle of the night with a loud creepy voice notification followed by constant loud beeping), the sheer amount of ads are ridiculous. Every time I want to open the camera, I get long strings of ads that take forever to get through. Heaven forbid that something happens to my son. We want to check on our child. The last thing we want to see is ads. We highly recommend any other brand because of this alone. Avoid.Edit: Got a reply to the original review to email support “to fix the issue”. The issue is the ads. Plain and simple. Zero peace of mind with this device and app. We will be seeking out other options. I never write reviews for apps.

This is prob the best little camera units apps out there. Everything is very easy to use and find. Great quality camera and fast response-no lag functionality. For the price it’s a steal for this alaga indoor camera. Works on 2.4 and 5ghz networks, high definition with crisp clear 360 view, works on sd card storage or optional cloud subscription, can be mounted anywhere with reverse flip image mode, long power cable, and all under $10 for the camera. I’ll be recommending this based on the User interface and ease of use app alone… finally an app that’s straight forward easy to use and in English. Setup was quick and seamless. I could teach elderly folks this platform to understand their camera systems functions.

I posted a review on here and y’all responded to the comment but y’all ignore the emails like always. Once again I paid for 24/7 video history for 365 days!!! The 247 history only worked for 30 days!!!!! I paid $60!! Specifically for the 24/7 history!!! I want my money back if I am not going to get what I paid for!!! I will leave a review every single day on this app until I get my money back or my 24/7 history back working. This is ridiculous and sad. They don’t care about the customers they just rip people off with these subscriptions thinking no one will say anything and it’s okay but it’s not!!!! If you can’t speak English, translate it! You responded to my other review saying contact you at another email that’s different from your app and when I did I still didn’t get a response! I sent 2 emails!!!!!!! I need to talk to somebody!

Works with camera well, however it is loaded with ads (advertisement). Not just a few, a whole lot of ads. Even when you open app to view camera video ads are on top first. When ad on top is closed the actual app is shown but not easy to see as the entire screen is engulfed with ads. If you want and or like 24/7 ads on your screen this app is for you. However if you bought this camera and downloaded the app for it, ”CareCamPro”, thinking it would be used to control your camera only, you will be highly disappointed. This app as well as others is a disgrace to programming.
