The description should clarify this better, as I downloaded the app thinking it would help me fix the programming of a remote that seems to have lost its way. But, I’m just the homeowner stuck with a now not real useful remote and this program assumes you have access to all the part numbers and are stepping through an installation from out of the box. Somfy makes it very hard to find information on their remotes if you aren’t the installer, apparently.
