pretty bad app

this app is incredibly buggy. it worked almost perfectly for a year or so after i got it, but recently it’s constantly been having issues with not remembering that i’m logged in, not showing classes, not loading, giving weird error messages. it’s great the Y offers this to reserve classes but it feels like whoever designed this stopped updating it and now it’s always having problems. pretty big bummer when you can’t reserve high demand classes and then miss out.

I would like to see this application a little better maintained if possible . It seems to very sluggish when making reservations . For a few weeks it wouldn’t show reservation complete , when you were finally able to ‘reserve ‘ it doesn’t show when a swim lane is full until after you try to reserve a spot . The app doesn’t auto refresh .There are instances where the app is down either maybe because of poor network connectivity , the weather or something else . Always seeing errors : unable to get class data , unable to get equipment data etc please work on fixing this app. If you want members to make exclusive use of this platform . Not to mention there always seems to be “ missed “ check ins .

Every other week there's something and the Y will say it looks fine on their end and try to find fault with the user. I have screenshots of it saying I do not have an active account despite their insistence that I show up as active. Um, it's your app? If you can't fix it you should at least find someone who can instead of gaslighting your patrons. It's about to be a year of this and majority of the staff are disappointing, especially for the Y. The supreme lack of inclusivity and basic human decency is atrocious. Incredibly rude.

To book a squash/racquetball court, you have to just pick a time and see if it is available. Because most of them are not, you have to do that over and over again — it’s like trying to catch a fish! A future update should list available times so you can choose one…
