I’m unhappy with your driver he pushed me out and let me take the right with you bus I have to download it again for second time to put new Credit CardThe right is for one hour and 40 minutes so I can do everything from my credit card to pay the bus and I am late to work that day so now I think I’m allowed to come with you I do shopping around see what happened
Good app, but no response if issues

I used this app a year ago and started using it again two weeks ago. Yesterday, I made a mistake by purchasing monthly ticket using two credit card. I wanted specific amounts to be charged for each credit card. Instead the system split amount equally between both cards. I contacted app developer immediately (as instructed in the app) with no response. This app still lacks lots of important features, to include customer support if you made a mistake while some of of the features are not necessary.

The driver says ‘be thankful we are here’

I asked him to open the bottom of the bus for my little luggage and he said be thankful we are here and refused to move off his seat That is ridiculous It is the 6am from Gordon’s corner manalapan He was so rude In addition the 5:45 never showed It appears his name is Milton cause he seemed to kiss up to the regulars I didn’t deserve the attitude from him and the comment You should be refunding the money for my ticket Also he knew I had the bag for underneath hand almost drove away before I could go down the stairs and get my other bag. Overly rude Please refund and advise. He needs customer service trainingI WANT A REFUND FOR THE TRIP AND CREDIT FOR A FEW ADDITIONAL ONESTHIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
