If you have the option to voice your opinion beforehand in the study you’re in, do not let them choose the “convenience” of this card. Yes, this is a review of the app but I can’t get my pin to work, all but one time. it’d be less weird if it was a different number or if it kept happening after my first successful time trying but my first time trying with the pin they have failed, then a different store (same pin) it worked, now it’s not working again.All this to say, I’ve tried countless times to get on the frickin app to just see the pin, let alone change it, and I’m locked out. Sometimes it’s the whole app, other times I get to see my balance but have to enter in some mystical password that’s different from my account password and pin just to see my pin and, shocker, I can’t get in to see it. The hilarious thing, I can still order online without a pin and I can see my card number in my account before I’m required to use some other password to see the pin.

I recently had issues with the functionality of the app and also in the past…I have uninstalled the app and am now going to reinstall it hoping that it remedies the issue since it hasn't been letting me sign-in manually or with Face ID in order to check my balance as well as do anything else…Even after my first sign-in attempt I keep getting a message stating that my account has or will be locked for 10 mins which will continuously keeps me from being able to sign-in…Please fix your App ClinCard, I see that you have a ton of 1 star reviews & complaints as well as apparently haven't done anything to fix many of the bugs in the App.

This app is terrible and has false advertising. I’m in the Covid testing trial and was encouraged to download this app to access my funds. I haven’t been able to transfer my funds into my account. The transfer button does not work. All my purchases are being declined although I only make purchases through companies that accept Mastercard and visa. I’ve called the customer service line on two occasions. Both times I spoke to live personals and nobody has a explanation for the fail purchases and transfers. It’s as if I have no funds on my card even though the app and phone services says I do. What’s really going on ClinCard?

After two month and one virtual card and one physical nothing works. Can’t use the card. Can’t transfer money to my bank, support keeps saying “wait 3 days”, then says “ we can send you ANOTHER cards but it will take 10-12 days” then another 3 days for it to work, then “ Call your clinician”. Useless card, rude people, won’t let you speak to a supervisor. I doubt I will ever get the money out to actually pay for clinical expenses. One star is way too high to rate this company. It borders on fraud in my opinion. Avoid using this at all costs.
