When I made my profile and closed the app it logged me out of my account and now I have no access to it whatsoever, my email isn’t working and whenever I try to reset my password it says “invalid email” I don’t know what to do. And when I try to make an account it says “Oops! It looks like that card is already activated . Please create an account or login with the associated email address to access your cards details.” I need access to my account soon as possible and I can’t think of anything else to do.

I made an account and forgot my password so I had to reset, but it would never send a reset link. For almost two weeks straight on and off the phone AND emailing, with these people, they NEVER EVER fixed the problem. All they did was, “I’ll make a ticket to the TECH TEAM”, so I called 24 hours after they made the ticket, they told me to wait 48 hours, then I called after 48hrs, then they said I had to wait until I activated my physical card is when I’d be able to finally access my account. Well, come to find out 5 days later when reaching back out after that call, there were no tickets made and that they needed to make another one????? And I was still not able to get into my account even after activating my physical card. I ended up closing my account through the phone before I could even try or use this service. Absolute horrendous customer service and functioning. Definitely do not recommend. It’d be too much of a tremendous risk to have your funds in this extremely unprofessional service.

MyDashCard is a scam. I have plenty of money in my account and yet MyDashCard refuses to let me use it. I've tried multiple times to make a legitimate purchase with an well-established business, and yet ALL of those attempts have been declined. I've called their "customer service" and they're useless. One of the "representatives" told me that I was trying to make the transaction in the WRONG COUNTRY! I am an American, live in the United States, and the business is American, and based in the United States! MyDashCard refuses to give me a reason as to why my transactions were DENIED multiple times, they have told me that my card has more than sufficient funds to use, but that I have to wait ANOTHER DAY before I can try using my card with the same merchant (that will be the THIRD DAY that I've been unable to use my card for that transaction). However, they have told me that I can use the card with OTHER merchants and that I should waste more of my valuable time going to an ATM, where they'll charge ADDITIONAL FEES and withdraw the money. This is OUTRAGEOUS!

This has got to be the worst experience with an app I’ve had. Had issues getting into my account (later found out it’s an IT issue) but tried numerous times to get help through their help line and via email help chat. No one was able to help or even tell me the issue. At some point the call center they used just started hanging up on me every time. I think they’re instructed to hang up on people if the few things they are allowed to try don’t fix things. I finally called the parent company based in Alabama and someone there was able to offer me a refund check for my funds, which wasn’t even offered as a solution before. She was the only helpful person I spoke with at all after 10 days of calling and trying to fix the issue. I will never use this company for anything ever again.
