No option Apple Watch with iPad and no Peloton+

The manual states it connects Bluetooth Cadence with Peloton + , but it doesn’t work. Other apps will work with Cadence, but not Peloton+ as it states. Also, the AI Gym app on iPad does not comply with the iPad’s orientation, leaving the user to have to keep turning the iPad on the stand. How is that acceptable? Take a lesson from every other bike app (Zwift, Kinomap, Fulgaz etc). Please fix the orientation and allow the Apple Watch connect to the iPad. If Zwift and Peloton etc can do it, so can Renpho.

Solid companion app to the Renpho bike

The best part of this app is that’s it’s absolutely free - no additional subscription required to unlock anything. Out of the box, the app includes downloadable workouts and trainer guided videos, which automatically adjust the bike's resistance to match the intended effort level. The user may also set time, distance or calories burned goals, or opt for open-ended free rides. At the moment (August 2021), it does not support automatic upload of activities to Strava and/or watch apps like Garmin Connect, Coros, etc., and no option to export a gpx file. Hopefully, these can be added in the near future, which would make this app 5 stars instead of 4.

Bug with sign up

Can’t complete signing up since tick boxes for User Agreement and Privacy Policy are not shown. Contacted app support and they keep insisting that the tick boxes should be there. Already said in email, sent a photo then sent a video all telling and showing the tick boxes don’t show. Really bad support for today’s standard. Figured out myself that tick boxes don’t show on my Iphone7 when DISPLAY ZOOM is set to ZOOMED. After setting this to STANDARD, the tick boxes appeared. This confirms the bug in this app since I don’t have this problem with other apps when DISPLAY ZOOM is set to ZOOMED.After getting the tick boxes to show, clicked Sign Up and got network error. Turned off wifi and switched to cellular data, got the same error after repeating the whole sign up process. Still no help at all from app support. I turned wifi back on and repeated the sign up process and just chose the first country that shows from the list and it worked. Deleted the account and will create it once app team fixes the issue of network error when choosing United States.

iPhone file iPad doesn’t work

iPhone version of the Ai Gym app seems to work fine, but the iPad version won’t work at all.The iPad app starts and connects to the bike just fine, but whenever I start any workout, the workout starts and then just sits there. No countdown and the workout never starts. The app seems to be frozen and the only way to get out is to kill the app and start it again.Too bad - I would like the bigger screen of my iPad.
