This app is convenient. It helps me communicate with my PCP, look at my chart, set appointments reminders, refill meds, find out about blood work, and so much more. My doctor is absolutely wonderful. He is empathetic and caring. He is extremely polite even when he doesn’t agree with some of my views (he is the professional) and explains to me in a way that is not condescending. His nurse and him have genuine concern for me. Through the app they figured out what I needed for my healthcare plan. I am now finally able to have a plan bc of the referrals he has sent. I finally know what is going on with my health by reading their notes after visits. I also like that the local specialists are in the same network, so they can see notes and other test results easily. My doctor is impressive, and my rheumatologist is as well. I read both of their notes easily. This year I dedicated it to bettering my health since I took so long to actually make it to my appointments, I stayed in bed for a year bc I overworked, and since I’ve met my Dr and used this app, my quality of life has improved drastically. The developers of this app did an amazing job. You can even sign other people out of the app in case your account is hacked. T-Mobile doesn’t even have that option and they are a tech company. Great job. And the doctors in this network are the best I’ve seen.

I could not have any reason to expect any better care and on a more personal level than my husband and I receive when we see any of the doctors or NP’s at Northeast Mississippi Internal Medicine-Dr. Laurence Dennis and Dr. Mary Grace Dennis both! Dr. Dennis’ practice has been with us and our family since he came to Booneville in 1992. We have no reason to see anyone else unless we are referred by them. They take excellent care of us! Thank you, Dr. Laurence Dennis for all you do to help this family and for all you “have done” to keep this family “running.” Thank you for ordering that MRI on my husband back in 2017 that detected by accident, that early stage liver cancer. He would not be here today were it not for your intuition! That’s the best and most example of how our lives have been impacted by his service to us. And I cannot say enough about a few of his loyal staff. They are there when you call on the phone. You know you can always count on their kind voice to get you to who you need. And the lab staff who will always get that vein stuck just right the first time. We thank your staff so much! We just want you all to know that you are like our family. And we appreciate every extra step, every extra effort, and we see and know that you are behind the scenes for us and that “y’all are there for us!”

I am very happy with Fowler Cancer Center of Jonesboro!! Dr. Scroggin's and his team are the best in Jonesboro, my opinion!! They work very hard to help get rid of my Pancreatic Cancer!!! I’ve had 5 infusions, so far. I feel like it’s working in my favor, my #s are getting lower & lower!! Plus lots of prayers from Walnut Street Baptist Church, my Sunday school class, my senior citizens looking forward group, a family Church in Mountain View AR, and also my sister’s church, Friendly Hope Baptist Church in Jonesboro, and lots of family in Michigan!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 The nurses in the infusion cubicles are as good as they get!! They go above and beyond and they are professional and kind hearted. I’ve never been so well taken care of in my life, except for my wife is an excellent care giver through all of this; she has to put up with a lot with me. Sometimes I’m not a very good patient!! Also the wonderful Christian ladies that come around with a cart giving snacks while you’re there for 5 or 6 hrs; very touching and kind!! Thank you for your snacks & kindness!! The only thing that would be better is to be rid of stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer altogether!!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I wish my other medical disciplines would use one care. It is so easy to contact my physician or get a prescription refill with just one click. As anyone knows, it’s hard to get someone on the phone all the time. But it’s easy to get in contact with the physician, the nurse etc. on one care. They respond within hours if not minutes sometimes. All of your history,medications, correspondence, is right there when you’re asked about it at other doctors appointments. I love it!
