You buy their cameras install them yourself and think the app is part of the purchase, wrong. I have to wait for ads to clear before I can get to the footage and that’s if it will even connect. If there’s something happening it only takes a second to miss it and waiting for ads to get access to a product I already purchased is ridiculous. Will not be using this company again.

This is a terrible app! It made all my cameras disappear as soon as i put them up n then they just stop showing up on the monitors and i cant even sign back into my account on the app because it keeps giving me an error message!! I starting to feel like yall done took over my cameras!!

I’ve had no problems since the hook up! Took a minute to figure it out but all works great. Clear image day and night!

Awful! It is the worst in every way. I can almost never check the camera because it either gives a network error or says it's offline. Worse, I have to login and enter a password every day to reach this stage. Your money, time and nerves are wasted to get nothing.
