Pro photographers can make their workflow more efficient with NX MobileAir. Pictures can be transferred from the camera to a smartphone at high speed via a cabled connection, or via a wireless connection. The process is completely computer-free, letting you work where the spirit takes you. Upload pictures from the camera to an FTP server via a smartphone. The automated post-shooting workflow lets you focus on taking pictures. Nice try , still needs features

I do like this app to use in noisy RF environments like sports tournaments, but it needs more features to be usable. One would be to only download the pictures from the camera that have been added since the last download. Additionally movies of any size and no limit on the number of files would make this app much more useful.

Nikon D780 Works with iPhone 15 pro max!

I recently upgraded from 14 pro to 15 pro max. Plugged stock usb-c cable into both camera and phone and connection worked! It even worked when camera was connected through the hub.Minus one star for these reasons:1. Syncing photos seems slow. It takes about 5 seconds per picture which is RAW and about 30M. I checked the specs on D780 ports: it is 3.1 Gen 1 which should push up to 5gbps, iPhone 15 pro supports up to 10gbps. So something is up here.2. Apps must be opened for stanching to continue. When app is minimized the synching stops and connection breaks. I have to power off camera to restart. Not a big issue but not expected.Otherwise I’m excited!

This allows users to use the same settings on multiple cameras of the same type.“Settings saved using [Save/load menu settings] in the camera setup menu can be imported to NX MobileAir. Once imported, settings can be exported to other smart devices or cameras.”Unfortunately, per the Nikon documentation this feature is NOT available on the iOS version.

This looks like a good start but could use more polish. Works with my z8 and a usb to usb cable on my iPhone 15 pro.

We look forward to making still more improvements based on your feedback! ⁃ Videos can now be imported. ⁃ The import function for custom IPTC settings has been improved. ⁃ Importing IPTC preset settings now also supports XMP-format files. ⁃ Still images can now be transferred to Frame.io. ⁃ Made some minor bug fixes.
