While my experience isn’t as bad as others, when I log into the app, it just takes me to my web account, instead of actually logging into the app. Therefore, the app is not working, but still functional as a shortcut to the website.

This app looks as though it was constructed in the 90’s. It is archaic and not only that, the screen where you choose how you want to dual factor authenticate doesn’t work so I am in fact never able to login. It’s useless and I wouldn’t recommend anyone download it. I have called them multiple times and nobody has been able to get my account to a place where I can login. Wouldn’t recommend the app or the health plan at all.

This is absolutely the worst app I’ve ever tried to use. Only slightly worse than the website itself. You can’t find anything, contact information is incorrect and it’s difficult to navigate

This app is crammed full of health spam data. It is difficult or impossible to actually see the information on my insurance plan. I still cannot find anything on my claims despite having a tab the calls itself “My Insurance and Claims”.
