The team at Nationwide has clearly put a lot of effort into upgrading modernizing this app since it was first released. It works much better these days and does all that I needed to do. Good work!

The app is frustrating to navigate and consistently has bugs and errors. I thought the new updated app would be easier to review activity and process changes but my lord they make it so hard to just find basic information. Half of the time the links don’t work, the links are colored white on a white background, the app is too wide so you scroll sideways. I’m starting to think that they don’t have a quality assurance process because there’s no way these amount of bugs should make it to production. Even if and that’s a big if, they were to fix all these bugs, the app is horrible on performance. I really hope the developers take notice and do something to fix it but it’s been broken like this for months so not holding my breath.

App doesn’t work, and when it did I found it doesn’t even have MultiFactor login option considering it’s a financial “application”. Wish I could give it minus 5 star review 🤷🏻‍♂️. Bad, bad, bad. -5 ⭐️ 🤢 - Update: Feb 17, removed app and reinstalled. Then I found the main problem, or at least in my case the app wouldn’t work. For some reason if you “group/move” the app from the Home Screen it won’t work. I moved it back to the Home Screen and it began to work, moved it again and it stopped working. So for now I’ll leave it on the Home Screen, just hope Multi Factor is added soon. Hope this helpsUpdate Mar 29: Again… not working. App doesn’t need an update, it needs a remake…

Even with all the terrible reviews over the past few months, you still haven't fixed the issue for iOS users where we login and the app literally spins until we close it after minutes of waiting. I will not be calling your support number to log my complaint because all you need to do is try to use this piece of trash app on your own iOS device and see for yourself. Just fix it already!!! Or remove it entirely from the app store because in its current state is it actually worthless.
