Suddenly the app won’t open anymore. If I try opening the app, a white blank screen shows up for about 30 seconds as if it is loading, and then the app instantly closes. It’s a shame, for the past 7 months, there have hardly been any issues! Update: This issue was temporarily resolved, but now it’s happening again! Exactly the same way, a blank white screen that never loads, then the app forces itself shut.

Very cool app! I am very pleased with the amazing experience this app has provided. It has a beautiful design and easy to use interface. It provides me with a wide range of useful and entertaining features.However, I would like to point out that the app does not currently have Arabic language. As an Arabic speaking user, I think it would be great if you could add Arabic language to your wonderful app. Arabic is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world, and providing it would help Arabic speaking users to take full advantage of the app and achieve their goals easily.I sincerely hope that Arabic language will be added in future updates to the app. Being able to communicate in my native language will enhance the user experience and make the app accessible to more people. Thank you for your efforts and interest in improving the app and meeting the needs of users. I am excited to see the future developments of this amazing app!

I cancelled my service with them September 18th 2025. They took payment for the month of September and then stopped the cloud service the same day. I then saw on October 17th 2025 they took a payment for service. I provided proof that they took the payments and I didn’t have the cloud service for the month of September through the date in October. They claim everything goes through a third party and that you can’t cancel the service through the app. They said they were going to refund the money and I have yet to see the refund. I continue to get emails telling me to prove I cancelled the service and I show proof and they still continue to claim they don’t have proof.
Camera rec stop working

The first week the cameras worked very well, but now the camera, although it records, I cannot play the videos from the app since for some reason I do not get the blue lines with the recorded videos that used to appear. I can play the videos on one pc from the microsd card, but it no longer lets me see them from the app. I verified that the card is correctly set and it is because I recognized it and it continues recording, and I verified the time zone and also verified that everything is in order. I am I'm sure the problem is in the app. I bought 4 cameras and they all did this at the same time. If I can't solve this problem I will ask for a refund for the cameras and everything else.
