I recently moved to the area and previously I had multiple providers who used their version of MyChart so all my health providers could see my info from my other providers-including my dentist. It appears silver cross tries to make their own app and it is truly awful. It doesn’t work great. It’s hard to navigate and as someone near 40 who is used to navigating apps I cannot even imagine others less technologically inclined trying to use this. This app needs a lot of work to be patient friendly.

Still can’t log out. Also, it would be very beneficial if the notification I received in my email about results would pop up on the site immediately upon logging in from the link in the email message. That would help to understand what the notification was for.

Password management on this app is horrendous. Doesn’t recognize my ID or password. I reset everything try to log back in and it fails again and so on and so on in an endless loop and no way to reach anyone or open a ticket. If they can’t even get password management right what do you think they’re doing about protecting privacy? And as an aside their websites, no better.

This is like a very far removed cousin of MyChart. It is never loading and difficult to even find information that should be in there. Zero starts if possible!
