I had to download this app to monitor blood sugar and communicate with my provider for GDM. I have to uninstall and reinstall it several times a week in order for my readings to actually submit and to maintain access to the chat feature. Quitting the app allows me to submit my readings the when I have this issue but that immediately disables the chat. It says “we’re experiencing technical difficulties” and won’t load. I submitted a ticket to the developer and was told to uninstall and reinstall to fix it. Luckily I only have a few weeks left of monitoring otherwise I’d refuse to use this app.
