A great feature is that Livable reports your rent payments to credit bureaus, and I saw my credit score jump by 49 points in the first month. Any issues I've encountered have been handled professionally and promptly by their support team. They were thorough in addressing all my questions and concerns. While I know experiences can differ, I truly rely on this service. Now in my second month, I find it incredibly straightforward and user-friendly. I found Livble at the perfect time, and honestly, they’ve been such a blessing. Before signing up, I tried using Flex, and let me tell you, that experience was beyond frustrating. I fought with Flex for 4 days trying to get them to fix my account so they could pay my rent, but there was no customer service number to call, and I couldn’t get a real person to help. The 1st was already here, and they still hadn’t solved anything. I canceled my account and went straight to Livble.And what happened? Livble saved the day. I signed up at 1:05 PM on a Friday, and by 1:10 PM, my rent was paid in full without a single issue. Livble even gave me the option to split up my payments—2, 3, or even 4 parts—so I could still have peace of mind knowing my rent was handled. I divided mine into 2 payments the first time and 3 this month, and it’s been such a relief.The difference? Livble is fast, reliable, and actually cares. Their process is so easy, and they let you keep more money in your pocket while helping you meet your obligations. I’ve never had an easier experience, and I’m sticking with them until my income rises enough that I don’t need the help. I initially got denied, but contacted customer service as my income is good for a teacher. They quickly approved me and I was able to count on them during a difficult time. It has been about 3 months since I’ve used their service and they haven’t charged me the $30 subscription fee since I had them help me back in June. I recently had to move in short time notice and I plan to using them again. The 3 star overall review rating is flabbergasting to me as they were the only ones to help when no one could (besides my parents, but I’m too dang old for that). THANK YOU LVBLE! Lvble was awesome at first. Customer service was great. I had issues initially getting approved then I SPOKE with someone and they fixed it right away. I got denied to use it about a year (give or take) later and was given the reason cash flow and banking information. Ok, cool. I’ve since reduced my direct deposits to one account from 3 (I no longer bank with the institution I was using at time of enrollment with Lvble) and wanted to update my banking information and they won’t allow it. I’ve also asked that they remove the additional profile that is in their system and they still haven’t addressed it. I’ve asked that a member of senior management contact me to provide terms and conditions that states that I cannot change my banking information and that they can’t remove any of my data from their system. I get chat GPT, cut and paste responses. Use FLEX. I just wish FLEX had options to split 3 or 4, but overall, I like them better. Once they get that option it’ll be game over for apps like Lvble.
