I love how the nurses and on call 24/7 for real they answer just in time with all my needs and care they have. The nurses are so very nice and helpful with every question I have and walks me through each step of pregnancy. The even give the best medicine when needed and always does check ins and make sure I’m doing okay each day with being able to eat and take my medication and if I can’t they will find ways into make sure I’m able to survive another day of pregnancy. It’s so much into this app I just love and the details and the staff that are there on call answering to all my needs when ask.

The team has helped me from the beginning of my pregnancy and still to this day 5months post pregnancy. Nothing seems like a burden to them, they listen with open ears, have the biggest hearts and seem like they truly care. 24/7 I know I can reach out to them and get the help I need. I honestly and truly wouldn’t have made it this far without being able to lean on them for advice, getting into drs, lactation, literally anything I could think of. And the best part is I don’t have to try and get into an office to be seen or deal with a crazy wait time. They’re so fast and diligent.

I am seeing a physical OBGYN for my pregnancy and Pomelo has been 10x better. Seriously if you’re thinking about trying them out please do. My provider just dismissed me when I’ve wanted to have certain referrals done but the care coordinating team with Pomelo has been God sent and super efficient. I love the post-meeting summaries. I am also able to see attachments based on the conversations. This has been so much better for me. Thank you I appreciate a second best opinion and engagement. Makes me feel more at ease and comfortable this pregnancy.

I was very unsure of what to think or feel when being asked to download this app and receive services. Every team member is knowledgeable, kind, prompt and informative. As a new mom after 17 years and being older so much has changed. The providers and professionals make asking questions easy and getting what you need even easier. We don’t always want to make an appointment or call nurses lines and wait days for responses, pomelo is right there a text away. I absolutely love it and my care team!
