I've been searching for a good Metronome to use for my Mac. Some had a good UI but horrible click soundds. Some were paid. I had no plans on paying for a metronome with there being so many free options available. This one works perfectly. It allows me to set the click sounds to the same or I can accent any beat with a slightly different sound by clicking on one of the three bars for that beat. It also has various sounds to choose from in settings. I'm glad I stumbled upon this app.

Great metronome app with plenty of the essential features like tap tempo, many time signatures to choose from, a tuner, plus a whole lot more. Does all this without being cluttered. It also allows you to import your custom metronome sounds. Just pay attention to the correct sample rate, file format and length when doing so. I didn't, so I contacted the developer and he straightened things out right away. Thumbs up!

So nice to buy an app today that doesn't stick its hand in your pocket every month. I don't mind paying for something I'm going to use, or just want to try out. But I'm not going to pay every month for something as simplistic as a clicking sound!

It's a good simple metronome, but the custom sounds feature isn't working at the moment - you can "import" your own sound, but it doesn't show up anywhere and you can't actually use it. Edit: Thanks for the response, Ivan! I've changed my review to account for it. As soon as the feature is fixed I will change this review to 5 stars.
