We stopped by after seeing a free car wash sign at our local Hurricane Car Wash knowing there were be a sales pitch based on the “helpers” in the car line. We were glad we did and signed up for their unlimited washes. We’ve washed and vacuumed two cars and washed one. All three have been cleaned as well as any car wash can do- - there is no replacement for hand-washing but the convenience of a drive-through car wash can’t be beat. Overall, we are satisfied with the car wash and mat-cleaning. We are VERY pleased and impressed with the vacuuming which uses a very strong suction and two vacuum heads. Both the normal wide end and a chisel end are provided. Additionally, a powered air nozzle blows a strong stream of pin-point air to loosen any ground in dust/dirt in hard to reach areas of your carpet. The detailing spray and cloths work very well and that spray is very impressive. The only thing missing at this point is a canopy over the vacuum area to shade the hot sun when you’re vacuuming your vehicle.Very happy and pleased. Easy to give this five-star review.

Good and quick wash. Always seems to have plenty of clean rags and additional cleaning solution bottles. Staff is always helpful and friendly. One day, both vacuum hoses at one station pulled loose and the attendant had it fixed within two or three minutes!Two suggestions:—need “tire shine” available on self service island further from car wash building—The app needs to show available wash locations within 15 miles of your current location. It will not even activate until you are just over 100 yards from the car wash. Maybe I’m on the way home and like the location closest to my home, so why not be able to select it before leave my current location.

One month it says I was paying $12 for half off for two months, I clicked Apple Pay, and when Apple Pay comes up it shows you the total you are paying. It somehow charged me $30 and did not tell me. The next month it tried to charge me $20 instead of the original $12 agreed on. I canceled and did not have a car wash all month. To find out it charged me and I did not notice. Then tried to charge me another $20 the following month and I finally called and canceled. I would just recommend paying with the people and not on the app because it clearly has some bugs they need to fix. Not to mention how illegal it is to tell somebody they’re paying $12 and then charge them 30 and they would not give me my money back because I hadn’t taken screenshots of it. At the time I didn’t think that I needed to. And after I canceled on the app and it did not work. I still had to call again. It’s a mess. It’s confusing. Don’t trust it.

The app is fine it does what it’s supposed to be doing! As for the people running the car wash, I watched them brush down the front and rear of several cars in front of me while I was in line, they brushed just about all of those cars front and rear windows. But me! Never! The only time is if I ask them to do it! Then it’s usually have of my truck. So after my wash today I parked and watched as they took care of 4 other customers completely after me. Yes I have a full size truck but it was a full-size truck directly in front of me and a full size SUV a few cars behind me. This is ridiculous!
