I have been training with Meg Takacs for almost 10 years now. She is hands-down the best trainer I have ever worked with or witnessed. She is so versatile and can work on your running training as well as strength training. The second time I began working with her two years ago, and still going, I had significant back, knee, hip and balance issues. As a lifelong runner, I had not focused on strength training as much as I needed, and was in significant pain and lacking in mobility, coordination, and strength overall. Perimenopause and hormonal changes did not help. I had resigned myself to the fact that I would probably never run again. Meg is a miracle worker. She has not only helped me get rid of my knee and back pain, I can now do box jumps, squats, all kinds of weights and strength and core training without pain. My endurance is better, my balance, and I’m running again! I don’t even need to wear knee braces anymore. I am so grateful. Her in person/virtual training is excellent and she pays attention to every detail so that your form is excellent. She’s also very flexible, and will go at the pace that you are comfortable so that you don’t overwork yourself. Her app is also excellent, easy to use, and has all kinds of guided workout programs that you can do anytime on your own. I like to listen to music and to guided programs when I’m working out by myself, so she is the perfect accompaniment and so encouraging. Her philosophy and mentality about exercise is really about overall well-being and happiness rather than trying to simply hit an external goal, or keep pushing yourself, although She gives excellent training for competitive athletes. The investment is definitely worth it and she has saved me a ton of money in medical bills and a possible knee replacement, and now I’m excited about the future and staying fit for decades to come! She’s also a really wonderful person, all-around and very professional, friendly, kind, positive and responsive.

I legit have followed this training since aaptiv and I was only doing these runs! I fell in love with them! You totally changed my running style and reduced my injury rate! I was getting to speeds I didn’t know I could do.., and I fell back in love with running! I have been running for 25+ years now, at this point, I don’t know if I could still stay that without the programming! It has been so fun!The new app is awesome! I will have to tell you - I have been working with PTs and done quite a bit of research on low back/hip pain, as I’ve been having some issues. I worked with yoga instructors, done all kinds of things to try to mobilize my hip and low back…. It was quite a slice of humble pie when I opened up your app in the mobility section and legit, I would say 90% of the work I have been doing was the mobility work you were recommending. you know your stuff, you are a rockstar! Thank you so much for offering what you offer!

I love the content this creator posts on social media. I found it very helpful as I was getting back into running and working out regularly. I downloaded this app in part because her content is so good and because it came with a trial I felt this was worth a shot. I must say that I am really blown away. I love how detailed the plans, their variety, and how beautifully it’s all put together. I love how starting a workout includes a timer and a demonstration video; I love that feature! I really enjoyed the recorded coaching during my first run; I couldn’t believe how much I was missing this in my life. And for the price this is truly a gem. I can’t stop singing your praises! I am looking forward to this journey and am so grateful I stumbled onto your page one day. I do have 1 request: can you make the timer a larger font size please!? THANK YOU!!

This app is awesome! I’ve been following Meg for some time and always enjoyed the workout content she shared. I was looking for an easy way to increase runner specific strength training. I am currently half marathon training and sit at about 25 miles a week and the mobility workouts have helped so much! The video guide is so easy. Really takes the mental work out of training and helps me focus on my body working more efficiently. The intermediate/advanced weight training is no joke, and I feel stronger than ever. I like that many of her moves get you out of your “comfort zone”. The app has had some nice updates recently, glad to see the search and save features! Easiest $20 I spend a month.
