No matter what I do it just says, “network connection failed” which is not true because my network connection is perfectly fine. Whenever I try to log in or print something it just keeps saying that and it’s so annoying, I can’t even do anything. I’ve restarted the app, restarted my device, I tried I deleting the app, and it still doesn’t work.

Horrible news about this app and it’s inability to preform the task at its most important stage of development for a single most significant event of an entire ability of any type of general application in any given sequential way in its entire inability to function properly as it has no way to function properly without being able to perform the single most important task of all by the first step in its entirety in order for the application itself to function correctly as it will not allow for any connection to, or between, or any connectivity in any way whatsoever between the app and its users to be able to perform any function able tasks at all, which will allow the user to perform any kind of connections with the entire application in the first place, leaving all other aspects out of further steps from that particular step forward, thus creating a blockage that has no way out of it any further.
Not able to create account or login using Apple

I have the Mini Bluetooth D11 Pink label maker. I’ve had it since December of 2023. I noticed that I’ve never been able to create an account or login using the Apple ID. It always says “Network Connection Failed” even though my WiFi is working perfectly fine. I would like that to be fixed. To be able to have an account with previous templates made.

I just got it connected and that part was easy…but ow I realized this app only works right if you use the on screen keyboard not a Bluetooth keyboard which is super annoying because I always use my Bluetooth keyboard with this app it is impossible…please fix this so I can use this with my keyboard
