This part is ridiculous
There is a delay to login, it spins and spins only shows a white screen and half the time it does not login so I have to swipe the screen and start over. It is not my wifi, I also login to my M&T app and it always instantly connects. I feel the PB app lags or does not respond.

App Works Well, Few Suggestions

I enjoy having the app to check balances, deposits, etc., and make quick transfers. For some reason, face recognition doesn’t work for me for this app, which would be an improvement if it did, but it could be user error, I guess. I wish this had the feature of being able to make (searchable) notations for transactions. That’s something I could do with my old bank and I used it frequently. I could type “OK” in a description to note I had reviewed it against the receipt, etc. Or I could make a note that I paid something, but someone had given me part or all of the money. It was great for keeping track of everything in one place. I’ve had a problem with zelle since last year. A family member sent me money that I’ve never been able to access. I’m not sure if it’s connected to the app, or not, though.

Couple of frustrations with the updated app. The new activity tab is quite frustrating to just “external withdrawal” dozens of times, and having to click on each to determine what the transaction was. There should at least be an option to show the note in the transaction view. Also, as a fairiy frequent user of Zelle, and the loss/change is frustrating based on having it seamlessly integrated previously.Overall does the job, hope some tweaks can be made.

There should at least be an option to show the note in the transaction view. The previous version of this app was much simpler and easier to understand if payments were being processed and much easier to navigate what the current and available balances are when a transaction is in progress. This new app is such an inconvenience because you are constantly unsure of how to understand if the payment has went through. They’re trying to be more visually appealing but the numbers transactions are not being emphasized enough for a smooth process. This new app version allows more room for confusion if a payment is in progress or already being processed.
