It’s 2024, app has not changed in long time

It’s nice to have an insurance card ready and to verify information they have on you but other than that all you can really do is pay your bill with this app. You cannot see your coverages, copy of policy, etc. At the very least they should have a policy declarations page. I do use it to pay my bill, but anything else requires a phone call to my agent,

pretty much a road to nowhere. I downloaded the app in order to view policy documents, and you apparently cannot do that. Their mobile site also does not appear to let you view documents. So there’s really no way to get out your stuff without a computer. Pretty bad this day and age.

Need a desktop???

How ridiculous in this day and age … you need a desktop to access your bills via Safety. Is it me? Am I the only one that gave up a desktop years ago? I only use iPAD and iPHONE. They have no probably taking payment for your bill via iPAD or iPHONE, but they don’t let you view it ! They give you a good discount for auto and homeowners if you use ebill which I’d great , too bad you can’t view it . Seriously ???

Can’t even sign in. Looks like they did all the work designing an interface but forgot the most important part, that it actually works. Guess I’ll continue to mail in a paper check each month instead. Get with the times safety insurance. You’re literally the only bill in my life that I don’t have the option of paying by using the app.
