Needs a serious revision with more flexibility especially with chat support and a chat engine capable of keeping connection when support agent asks you to search the phone for info or check your balance etc. So when we leave the app opened but we minimize it, then it shouldn’t disconnect me from the agent.Also i should be able to send by email or save the chat transcript. And Be able to send screenshots as attachments to my agent so he understands better my problem. All these are a minimum for chat support engine. No?

I m using mtc line since almost 10 years i never reached customer service but when i did i was very surprised. The customer service veryyyy rude .i would add the conversation with them if i review allow it. My number was expired without further notice (i live abroad and dont regularly use it but i have the sim on a separated phone) . When checking with customer service they replied (Hussein the name) he told me literally ( how you will be informed if the sim is already expired) how stupid!! And undermine the customer. I will buy another line but will never deal with MTC again
Very lagging and always crashes

This app keeps on crashing, i can see how many GB i have left cz it cover 3g data with other data. Every time i want to use it i have to delete it and redownload it, wicheads into log in problem every time
