Payment Error on App
The app used to be very nice and fast. But now, I can’t pay through the app because it always gives payment error (it was working 5 months ago). So I have to go to the quick payment in the website to pay online. The only good thing about the app is showing the data usage and amount due.
Cancel Auto-payment button not working
So for some reason Du decided to add a ‘cancel Auto-payment’ button that does not work and upon calling them they said that auto-payment activation is OBLIGATORY!! Since when?! I had this line for 3 years and no body ever asked for a mandatory auto payment! I only added the credit card 2 weeks ago and now I cannot undo it they keep deducting money without me reviewing any bills first!! This is extremely inconvenient and not respecting the customer as it was never clarified that this process is irreversible. Let alone that you actually have a button to cancel auto payment which does not work!!! Why bother keeping that button there then?!
Fast and easy!
You can select the amount you would like to pay view of your bill add credit card and make a payment all within five minutes and once the system is set up that all takes place in less than a minute brilliant sure beats visiting the branch getting a ticket and waiting in queue just to make a payment.
