Payment Error on App

The app used to be very nice and fast. But now, I can’t pay through the app because it always gives payment error (it was working 5 months ago). So I have to go to the quick payment in the website to pay online. The only good thing about the app is showing the data usage and amount due.

Cancel Auto-payment button not working

So for some reason Du decided to add a ‘cancel Auto-payment’ button that does not work and upon calling them they said that auto-payment activation is OBLIGATORY!! Since when?! I had this line for 3 years and no body ever asked for a mandatory auto payment! I only added the credit card 2 weeks ago and now I cannot undo it they keep deducting money without me reviewing any bills first!! This is extremely inconvenient and not respecting the customer as it was never clarified that this process is irreversible. Let alone that you actually have a button to cancel auto payment which does not work!!! Why bother keeping that button there then?!

Worst service ever

I closed my account in July and du never reimbursed the deposit. Two months later, I opened a new account and was told my previous deposit will be used as the deposit for the new account. One month later, my service gets caught off. Du claims I failed to pay the 150 aed. Well, what about the 150 aed you have withheld from me? When the company kept the 150 aed for an account that was closed for more than 2 months- it was okay. When they failed to transfer the deposit to the new account, they punish the loyal customer by cutting their service and demanding they pay another 150 aed. Shame on you
