So I was looking forward to using this app to start getting in shape, it shows how to do the moves in a quick 10 second video (which I like bc I’m more visual) with a short description, it is really well organized, it shows a pretty good list of workouts that will focus on the area you picked & it’s FREE. So thank you. Simple and straight to the point. It offers a lot of routines but I’m broke so I’m grateful for what they’re showing at the basis. The issue: Hopefully the developer will see this. After updating my phone to IOS 14 the videos no longer show up in the app. It will say it’s playing the video but it’s just a blank screen. I’m on an XR, and even reinstalled the app to try and fix it. Could have to do with Apple adding PiP or something else, I’m not a developer, but please fix it :)

This app provides in detail a workout program that in my opinion will get you in shape for any law enforcement, fire fighting, EMT, or military career. If your reading this I truly hope you give it a go and see what results you get from the program. I started at 235 as a power lifter and I’m now down to 205 lean and I’m in twice as good of shape as all of my friends and family who have been lifting for years. Grant it I can’t back squat 500 pounds now, but that’s not the premise of this program. It’s to prepare you for war and in my NONE professional opinion, I believe it has. Good luck and don’t forget, the only easy day was yesterday.

If you’re trying to get into BUD/S and build up ur PST score to get in and not have a lot of resources this is the app. For the full workout program it’s only 30$. This is very cheap and worth it in my opinion if you have discipline. If you can complete this course without skipping a day (aside from rest days such as Sunday or Saturday) I would say you’d be in top tier shape and ready to know anything out of your way. Even if it’s just for football or track give it a shot. Absolutely love the challenge.

Great app, love the exercise demonstrations. If you like to exercise, I’d recommend this. However, for the daily planning and the workouts, the fact that they cost money is absurd. At least switch to advertisements for income instead of making people pay. Because here’s the thing, these people use this app, are training for the military, a job that protects you and this country. Again, I still can’t believe that you would make people pay to train to protect you in this country if anything you should be paying them.
