Shark toes
Giving it 2 stars because it doesn’t crash every time like the other bank in the top 2 and the app isn’t terrible. But the online banking experience has been awful. I have to go into a branch I f I want to edit auto payments, the site rejects my SAVED password every time, so I know it’s correct but for some reason it rejects it, then locks me out of my account and I have to reset it. But I can’t reset it on my own, I have to call in. Want to link external accounts? Good luck! I tried to and it rejected both the amounts and locked me out and said I have to start all over. Also, the email reminding me to validate the account said to follow on screen instructions when I got to the external account page. There were zero instructions. I had to click around and figure it out. I’m not helpless. But things like this should be clear and obvious. It’s 2025.

It works, does everything you want it to do, Love this new update where they Display adds all over your Home Screen, Like really?????? It won’t be long until they just have pop up adds that get in your way and are annoying, if it progresses, I’ll just move banks, I shouldn’t have to deal with adds in a app for a bank, my capital one app doesn't have any adds in it.....

App is requiring update in order to use, prompts to click update now button. Goes to App Store and doesn’t provide option to update. If I uninstall the app and reinstall the app still doesn’t have the latest version and prompts me to click the update now button. So just a repeat unobtainable cycle. Outside of this the app has been good.
This update includes minor bug fixes and enhancements.
