Professional scam
So far since trying to work with this company, I have received two legal notices about unpaid debts. This tells me they are not communicating with my creditors. Recently I came into some money and was able to pay them more than enough to settle every account. Not only have they paid no one off with the extra funds, but they are still taking payments out of my account. I would not trust these people. I’m beginning to think it is a scam.

So they asked me to contact them at their email address.
