I’ve been very pleased with the UHM app! I was super excited to be able to have an easy way to make my mortgage payments. Everything has run smoothly. Payments have been applied properly. Access to my mortgage information at my fingertips is invaluable— including, but not limited to, knowing when escrow funds are paid out of the account.

Love having the ability to pay on an app. I only gave three stars because it does not allow you to make a partial payment! My wife and I like to split our payments between us. But we can not do that. What a waste , it could have been done easily.

We used the new portal twice in December to make our December payment. Each time the payment rejected. I called Customer Service and was assured the second payment would go through. It did not. I just paid 2 payments on my account. I'm not hopeful it will work either and your customer service wait time is in excess of an hour. I don't want this issue affecting my credit history, incur a late charge or affect my relationship with UHM since we have paid online for 4 years with no problem until this change.

I am so excited to have an app that I can easily pay my house loan on my phone. The automated system wasn't bad, but now the ease and convenience of logging into the app and being able to make my payment with a few clicks is a game changer.
