I don’t normally write reviews but I feel bad that this app has such a low rating, it has done great by me and the one issue I had with an order not getting placed, Coke quickly solved the issue for me. Another time when some cans arrived broken, Coke reshipped it for free. I really couldn’t be happier with the app. Excited to see what new collabs Coke has!

This app is terrible and barely functions at the best of times, but is forced on us as customers. I don’t generally review things but Coke’s terrible app really drove me to the edge. You can’t even go through one entire product category (soft drinks, literally their primary product) before the show more button ends. You then have to switch to descending order to order anything after the letter F. I even had to skip and order around Christmas because the app wouldn’t let me complete my order for the entire window and I even used two different devices. Coke is really shooting to the top of the rot economy with their absolute disaster of an app, it shows how much they hate their customers.

It is annoying with your frequent update and require re-logging in. This app often crashed in me at critical time, when we need to order the holiday is coming up when they have less support to resolve problem. It automatically reset the weekly delivery to 2 weeks away which does not serve the biz need of weekly del.
