I was able to set up a one on one chat with one of the people available and she was a great help. She helped me get into contact with a center that talks about insurance and low cost plans for professional help. Soon after they reached out to me and the process isn’t taking long at all. The best part, it’s all free. I’m not even joking I didn’t pay a single penny and i’m getting help I wasn’t able to get before. I honestly recommend this app for anyone. Before you set up your chat or video call it shows you what each person specializes in and allows you to select who you want to talk to. It’s genuinely just great.

Good idea, good services, needs more content

This app is great and it has a lot of professionals around it. It has in app coaching, which is essentially 40 minute lessons with mental health professionals. You can use it essentially as free therapy, which is good. It also has a lot of information, but this is where the app needs improvement. It has good information but not enough and not in enough specific places. I think there should be more constellations for specific topics, and more stories in the constellations themselves. Of course this will come with time but the faster they can roll them out the better the app will do. Also they need to add more robustness to the mood tracker, like making custom reasons for your mood, but it still works great and I love the idea. Overall good app that needs more content!

As an 18 year old, I don’t think I’ve ever taken the time to write a review about anything. This though, is worth my time. This app truly is amazing in every way. It’s just what I need to get me back on my feet again when I’m going through a rough time. From setting goals to all of the other exercises and helpful tips involved, I already see my mental health and overall well being getting better. This app is really amazing in every way and what’s even better is that it’s all free. I’m so grateful for this app. It has really helped me so much so far. 100% recommend.

got it because of the ad- my dad pointed it out to me. I was sort of expecting more, something more active. more peer support and an easier time posting things to the forum or replying to them (sometimes it takes over a day to get something approved). All around it’s just super mediocre and.. not really worth it. There are really generic anxiety/depression ‘fixes’ and exercises on the app which just don’t work for most people. Especially if you have more complex or severe mental health problems, which I have. Plus ‘crises help’ just gets you sent to a lifeline, which is discouraging, and something other people have brought up. I thought it’d be a nice distraction, but it’s kind of a headache. Plus there’s no cute bunny (add the rabbit!)
