I have to say I decided to run through there on a Saturday… And then I just pulled in a slot and was just going to dry my two side windows and then that was it… Wow this young lady that works there came over and bless her heart she said I’m here to help let me vacuum your car and dry your windows… I said honey you don’t have to do that. She says I would love to and she did that and talk to me and was as sweet as could be knowing that I’m an old lady and it was hard for me to do and she went above and beyond and I tried to give her a tip and she didn’t wanna take it, but I finally made her and she was greatly appreciative and she wasn’t doing it for money. She says that’s what I do here on Saturdays and I and I get to meet people so you’ve got some great people, working there cause it’s not the first time that people have helped… Thank you so much. I’m canceling my membership because the quality of service at this location has become completely unacceptable. My car is routinely left half-washed and not even dried properly. The vacuums almost never work—most are broken or have weak suction—and every time I ask about it, I’m told “maintenance comes on Tuesdays.” That’s not an excuse when customers are paying for a service that should function every day.The staff assigned to the initial window cleaning barely put in any effort. They frequently miss entire sides of the vehicle and act like they’d rather be anywhere else. The lack of engagement and care is obvious the moment you arrive.On top of that, there are rarely enough clean towels, and the spray bottles leak constantly. This isn’t a one-time complaint—it’s been a consistent issue throughout my membership. For $30 per wash or $49 a month, I shouldn’t have to finish the job myself at home.I’ve given this location multiple chances to improve, but nothing changes. The equipment doesn’t work, the supplies aren’t maintained, and the staff clearly aren’t motivated to provide quality service. At this point, it’s clear the membership isn’t worth the cost, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Generally speaking I like the app - when it works. Unfortunately recently they switched the names of their washes so all of my prepaid washes that I purchased before the switch was made and that are supposed to be valid for one year are now showing an error that they are not redeemable at whatever location I go to. They did update the name, but there must be something on the back end that prevents me from being able to redeem it. I have reached out to them via email and via a support ticket in the app, but received no response. I also attempted to call them, but after staying on hold for a few minutes you hear the message that “Due to a high volume of callers, our phone line has been disconnected while we rectify the issue.”I’m posting this review hoping that someone from their dev team sees it and that it spurs someone to help me. Unfortunately for now, I’m out of options and posting this as a warning for others that they change their plans and that if you pre pay for washes during any of their promotions be prepared to have issues redeeming them.

I have the BEST membership and every time I go through to get my car washed not everything is working completely. Sometimes the suds don’t come down at the beginning, the right side black spinner never spins fast enough to touch your car, some of the water spray nozzles are either clogged or not enough pressure because you can see them just dripping. And the dryer side hoses are supposed to move, but they don’t anymore. And sometimes when I go get my car washed, there’s a sign saying closed for maintenance. So I’ll go the next day and nothing has changed. Maybe the corporate office will see this review and take action and spend a little money to get it working 100%.
