I have owned since 1991 and have seen numerous changes. Something the Timeshare has done is starting to rent it out online to non-owners. Since they are non-owners, they should have to pay more so that this incorporates our maintenance fees and those should be zero to owners as we have purchased the property and basically the Timeshare company is renting out our property so we should not have to continue to pay maintenance maintenance fees. It is kind of like owning part of a condo.. And the condo people rented out and you make enough so that you don’t have to pay extra fees. If this would change, I think it would make it the perfect traveling venue. Thank you.

As an employee with a Club Go! timeshare, I have had the pleasure of using the Club Wyndham mobile app extensively, and I must say, it has significantly enhanced my vacation planning experience. The app is incredibly user-friendly and offers a range of features that make managing my timeshare a breeze.One of the standout features is the ease of switching between resorts and searching by regions. The app's intuitive interface allows me to effortlessly browse through various resorts and regions, making it simple to find the perfect destination for my next getaway. The search functionality is robust, providing detailed information about each resort, including availability, even before clicking on the resort as part of the search results. This feature saves me a lot of time and helps me make informed decisions quickly.Another aspect I appreciate is the ability to easily identify how many points I have left and how many points a booking will cost. The app provides a clear and concise overview of my points balance and the points required for each booking, ensuring that I can plan my vacations without any guesswork. This transparency is crucial for effective timeshare management and helps me maximize the value of my points.Modifying or canceling reservations to fit my needs has never been easier. The app offers a seamless process for making changes to my bookings, allowing me to adjust my plans with just a few taps. This flexibility is particularly valuable when unexpected changes arise, and I need to adapt my vacation plans accordingly.Overall, the Club Wyndham mobile app has exceeded my expectations. It combines convenience, efficiency, and a wealth of features that cater to the needs of Club Go! employee timeshare members. Whether it's searching for the perfect resort, managing points, or modifying reservations, the app makes the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend it to all Club Go! employee timeshare members looking to enhance their vacation planning experience.

The app does most of what you’ll want it to - check your account, look for and book reservations, etc. Most of the “owner guide” type information pops you into a browser, and there’s no link to search and book in RCI. Also, I’d guess the wording on the account information from the “Benefits Summary” section of the website may be confusing to owners who aren’t familiar with how the benefits summary works. I would consider replacing “pts available” with something like “benefit allowance remaining.”

Without a doubt the new Club Wyndham mobile app is a big win for all Club Wyndham owners. I am quickly finding myself using the mobile app more frequently, and using the website less frequently. The app is easier to use than than the website, has reliable Face ID for secure multi-factor authentication, and allows owners to reliably manage their ownership on the go at any time of day or night via their smartphone. I have already made several reservations, cancellations, and modifications all via the app - all worked flawlessly with no issues! For the few more advanced features not currently available within the app itself, I’m sure Wyndham is working hard to bring these additional features and capabilities to the app over time, such as reviewing points or transaction history for example. I am also looking forward to the use of app notifications moving forward, allowing Wyndham to be able to better communicate with the ownership base, via push notifications, for things such as owner events, upcoming vacation alerts, even allowing the local resorts to be able to interact with the owner prior to check-in for example. I'd love love love to see phone key for the resorts, eliminating the need for card keys and/or wristbands entirely. This would also enable an entirely automated check-in process without having to visit the resort office for check-in for those of us who would like to take advantage of this type of thing. Just check-in on the app - easy peasy - your phone is your room key. Even better, how about a watch app for the room key? I may not always have my phone handy, but my Apple Watch is almost always on my wrist! A watch app could replace wristbands entirely, allowing Wyndham to further enhance the ownership experience, while eliminating the use of plastics and other materials for cards and wristbands that eventually end up in landfills. Overall, great job by the Wyndham team bringing this new mobile app ownership experience to market, please keep improving the ownership experience for us all!
