Liiift - Workout Tracker
Power meets simple design
Free · In‑App Purchases
Liiift is a workout tracker and planner, designed for weightlifting workouts. It packs power in a minimal look, created by an indie team without all the nonsense.
◎ Track your workouts
* Log your sets in the gym with larger buttons deisgned to get it done quickly and easily.
* Rest timer starts automatically to help you stay focused on your workout.
* Track metrics with Apple Watch.
* Power Bar compares your progress to what you normally lift, visualize how hard you’re pushing with every new set.
* Swap exercises as you need, and Liiift can suggest the best for you based on your workout history.
◎ Build your training plans
* Set up your plans with your favorite moves, and schedule them for each day of the week.
* Find or create a move just by typing — no scrolling through hundreds of moves from a library.
* Customize your training plans and stay organized.
◎ Review your sessions
* See key metrics at a glance, and easily compare how you did against your typical range.
* Rate your effort and sync the data to Apple Health and Fitness apps, contributing to your overall Training Load (iOS 18+).
* Stack your sets and your vitals to see room for improvement.
* Relive your workouts with photos fetched from your iOS Photo Library.
* Workout Highlights surface what you did well and keep you going.
◎ Quality-of-life niceties
* Works completely offline — no need to fight for reception during a workout, and no waiting a split second with every tap in the app.
* iCloud sync keeps your data in sync, privately and securely. And there’s no need to sign up for an account!
* Live Activity displays the rest timer on the Lock Screen.
* Home Screen widgets give you an overview of what’s left for the day, or show the progress of your current workout.
Every week, you can track 1 workout for FREE. If you love the app and want more of it, upgrade with Pro Membership to track as many workouts as you need.
I built Liiift for myself at first, but I hope you’ll enjoy it, too! Your support is valuable to the continued development of the app :)
more Greetings, Liiifters! This version continues to improve the experience of the app, and prepares us with more features in the upcoming releases.
◎ Plan and log your sets more easily
We built a dedicated keyboard that helps you plan or log your sets more easily. When logging a workout in the gym, you can add additional sets with fewer taps, and move fluidly from warm-up sets to working sets.
◎ All SwiftUI, and more Liquid Glass
We are adopting SwiftUI lifecycle for the app, and applied more Liquid Glass as appropriate. Translation: the app is smoother and more consistent with the iOS system; we nixed a few bugs along the way; we can deliver features more easily in the future.
The app continues to look great on iOS 18 where we audited and fixed a few issues with it.

2026.1 May 20
Greetings, Liiifters. This version adopts Liquid Glass UI elements on iOS 26. We’ll continue to adopt more system features for Liiift in the upcoming updates — stay tuned!
2025.21 09/16/2025
Greetings, Liiifters! This update brings you “Move Notes” for you to remember key points of a move, or as a visual cue in general. This is perfect for when you want to add a move you saw on social media, but runs out of best words to describe it — we’ve been there ;)
This update also addressed a few issues and made improvements:
- With Cardio Goals enabled, your Home Screen widget might show an opaque circle if the Home Screen is in a colour-tinted appearance. Fixed.
- The Home Screen widget now provides you with more info including upcoming workouts, or your progress towards the cardio goal.
We hope you’ll enjoy this update. As always, please let us know if you have any feedback or suggestions!
2025.20 08/29/2025
Greetings, Liiifters. This update brings you Cardio Goal, a simple and easy way to allow you to take care of your active rest days, or to finish it off after your weight training.
In Cardio Goal, you can:
- Set up daily goals based on step/push count, walking/running/wheelchair distance, or active energy burned.
- See your progress with a smaller ring that complements your weight training ring.
- Stay updated of your progress with Home Screen widget that periodically updates.
We also made a few updates/fixes in the app:
- “Power score” is now officially “Liiift Factor”, denoted by a cursive ƒ throughout the app.
- Liiift Factor now assigns diminishing returns on each set, starting with Set #3. This encourages you to do fewer but higher-quality sets.
- We added an FAQ page for Liiift Factor to help you understand its meaning.
- Moves that were only done 2-3 times might show up unfairly in “Popular Moves”. Fixed.
We hope you’ll enjoy this update! Please let us know if you have any questions or feedback.
2025.19 07/24/2025
Greetings, Liiifters! This update brings you Move Library, a central place for you to see your popular moves, those you are trending up/down with, and more.
- You can see your moves from Today via the top-right menu
- Your recent performance may be highlighted, including any weight score improvement and regression
- A line chart clearly shows you how you’ve been doing for a move with recent workouts
Hope you’ll enjoy this update. As always, please let us know about your feedback and suggestions!
2025.18 07/21/2025
Greetings, Liiifters. This version is about improvements on the statistics that power the app’s many features:
* When qualifying similar history workout sessions, the name of the workout no longer plays a role. Instead, similar workouts are determined by the shared moves and set configurations.
* In Today, your planned workouts now show an estimated time, instead of a less accurate range.
* In Today, if you don’t have Apple Watch or Fitness data enabled, Liiift now still shows an estimated duration of the workout, based entirely on the data in the app.
These changes should help you surface trends more accurately, so you can focus on pushing and lifting more!
Also, we fixed some issues with charts in the app:
- There is a line chart that shows how you trend with the same move. It now correctly ignores workouts that skipped such moves entirely.
- The power bar now accurately reflect the status of a move history, by treating un-finished sets as skipped.
We hope you’ll enjoy this update! As always, please let us know if you have any suggestions or feedback.
2025.17 07/02/2025
Greetings, Liiifters! Version 2025.15 is here to fix some minor issues following our recent updates.

- You can have as many Workout Plans as you need — there’s no longer a 2-plan limit.

- You can mark your sets as warm-up sets or drop sets — they are no longer limited to Pro Members.

◎ New: collapsible moves in your workout
When you do your workout, your list of moves now show up in a more compact and collapsible design. This helps you scroll to other moves more easily to spot any remaining sets.
When you expand a move, you can stay focused as other moves now fade gracefully to the background.
Hope you’ll enjoy this update! As always, please let us know if you have any feedback or suggestions.
