I used to love the app. Like most things, in the beginning it’s great. The app has frozen up on me twice in a week and always at night or weekend when the help/chat is closed. Can’t login-the box just spins and spins. Or if I’m logged in I can’t change my automations. It’s literally stuck. I realized this after noticing my items weren’t being shared. God only knows how long it was sitting there stuck. So…I can’t say the app is worth $25; $9 maybe. If it doesn’t improve the remainder of my subscription this month, I won’t be returning.

*please read in entirety* I signed up for primelister as a recommendation from another user. I really appreciated how easy it is to use. I paid for the subscription after the free trial and saw increased sales immediately! After several weeks of positive experience, an update rolled out and I noticed the photo quality of my listings had declined significantly. My sales have decreased sharply and I have had several potential buyers comment on the poor photo quality of my listings. I constantly have to reupload my original photos to my listings. Once primelister re-lists an item, the original photo’s quality tanks. Reuploading my photos every time my listings are shared via primelister is near impossible due to having more than 150 items in my closet. Reselling provides a part-time income for me and this quality issue has affected my income. I have contacted customer support with minimal response and no compensation for money spent on a service not meeting my needs. I’ve cancelled my monthly subscription and will go elsewhere for similar services unless the photo quality issue can be rectified. From the looks of other reviews I am not the only one this has happened to. If/when the issue is resolved I will adjust my review and rating accordingly.

I love that it’s an app and I’d like to use this service - but it had major issues with getting all my items out of order , even when it shared from bottom to top . And there’s no way to select for it to just share the exact number of active items currently in my store- so it’s a continual sharing . Obviously you can select a certain “number” of items you want it to share but that’s not helpful to me since I’m constantly listing and selling so the number of active items is constantly fluctuation. The other service I use just shares all the active listings each hour and always has my top listings at the top when it shares bottom to top , so I know this feature is possible. Please let me know if anything changes. I also could not tell it NOT to send offers on items that were NWT- so that was also a problem .

I like this app and the automations. Have yet to use the cross listing chrome plugin but I’ve downloaded it. I like the emails I get that introduce me to a new automation feature. Even tho I already set them up, because it is easy in the app, I use the emails to learn a little more. Right now the app will not load. I had to uninstall and reinstall. I opened it like theee times and it was blank. I needed to modify an automation. Also the app stopped running my automations for a few hours during my trial period. The app thought my trial period was expired even though the app displayed a future trial end date. So I give it three stars. I would give it 4 of it were more reliable.
