After I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, the launch of this app came at such perfect timing! Prior to the release of this app, I was on a very strict diet to heal my gut. After I accomplished that, I was ready to reintroduce foods I used to eat before my strict diet and this app has been such a life saver in helping me determine what foods is best for my gut health and to stay on track! With my vitamins and supplements and this app, I have been truly blessed, we all have in fact. Thank you for this amazing app and all your hard work and dedication for this blessed resource!

Videos included are great once I learned to turn my ‘silent mode’ OFF which unlocked the sound (at least for iOS). I wish you could skip the post-assessment or have a ‘restart program’ button/feature. Also would be thrilled if this included the ability to track macros and nutrition, aside from gut-health…with the option to not in order to make it accessible and friendly to all.Very much appreciate the simplicity of this tool—overall, the more I used it, the more I loved it!!

This App is INCREDIBLE ! At the palm of your hand you have access to the knowledge and recommendations from experts. You don’t have to be tech savvy to navigate this app and if you are tech savvy you appreciate the technology used to analyze foods and hold all of the information. This app perfectly synced with my Apple Watch and Health app on my iPhone. I love that it automatically updates my steps and exercise. I love how you have the ability to edit your food and steps. The tips, recipes, and ability to watch videos from experts is next level. You literally have access to a wellness program FREE! + The products you can buy ARE Gut-Changing…oops meant LIFE changing! I hope the app can one day sync/connect to friends/family for sending encouragement/check ins as I have a weightloss challenge going on in my family!

It seems like a great app and I want to use it but there seems to be a glitch where I am unable to take the assessment prior to starting the begin program. After I click begin program, the screen at the top says, “tell us about yourself” with a progress bar, but the actual screen itself just shows a blank, gray square and I am unable to progress beyond the screen. I tried checking for an update on the app and my phone, and then I deleted the app and re-downloaded it. The self assessment began to work for a few questions, but then the screen jumped back to the blank square.. Help please!
