The ParentVUE mobile app helps parents stay informed and connected by providing day-to-day insight into the student’s academic experience. The mobile app works with Synergy® Student Information System (Synergy® SIS) in much the same way as the web portal, allowing parents to view student classroom assignments and scores, attendance, demographic information, and much more. • How to find your school district and login information • - The ParentVUE mobile app may request location permission to find school districts using Synergy® SIS. Alternatively, you can search for your school district by providing the zip code of the district office. ParentVUE lists all school districts near your location or the provided zip code. - The ParentVUE mobile app uses the same user login as the web-based portal. If you need help, please contact your school district’s administration for user login information. • Requirements • - Only school districts using Synergy® SIS v2025 and higher can support the ParentVUE mobile application. Please contact your school district’s administration to verify the Synergy® SIS version. - An internet connection is required. - The ParentVUE mobile app uses the same user login as the web-based portal. Contact your school district’s administration if you do not have this login information.

I like the updated version and how to view grades… however… I get 4 notifications every time for just 1. So an email sent gets not 1 but 4… it’s quite annoying. I reported my kid absent and got 8 notifications instead of 2.

Organization is better but some features don’t work

I like the layout of this app better, but when I tried to access the notification settings it won’t scroll down to access anything below the first option even though the next setting text is visible.

I had hoped that the “new” ParentVUE app would be an improvement over the previous version, but this version is just as awful. Difficult to find things, messaging is not working right — when I “reply” to a message it just opens a blank new message, not a reply to the message I was replying to. I’ve used other school communication apps that worked much better than this. It’s awful.

This app is terrible it just loads and loads forever. It’s hard to figure out the grades it’s not user friendly. I miss the old version.
