I like having the ability to check my account without having to get in my car and drive to the bank or put on hold using the phone to call. When the weather is too cold I can easily check my account via this app. It’s easy to use and if you do need help then live chat is there to offer assistance. I have also just recently started using mobile deposit where one can take a photo of their paycheck , submit it to the bank via the app and your money is deposited into your account. Just wait a day or two but it’s very convenient when weather is bad it if you’re not feeling well yourself or just feeling really lazy sometimes, lol. Sometimes too, anxiety gets the best of me and it’s nice I can bank from home. So glad I have the fidelity bank app. It’s very secure.

We started banking at Fidelity's branch (~21st N and Amidon years ago, and have been pleased with both the earlier and present personal service as well the "recent" major renovations of the customer friendly facility AND the easy to navigate, secure APP! I don't usually take the time to review any business (unless a glaring problem exists) but this is worthy of 5 stars for the dedicated tellers, management, and friendly security! The latter was especially appreciated during construction phase. The convenient location and friendly staff is a huge factor for one with chronic mobility issues, and the positive attitudes are priceless! Thanks for all of your exceptional efforts! A calculator that is easily accessible would be extra nice.On bill pay, if there was a way to change the date/amount you’re going to send without deleting and re-entering the information. Perhaps, there is a way and I just haven’t figured it out.

The new and improved app doesn’t contain some of the best features of the old app. While it still makes transferring a breeze and allows for easy viewing of transactions, it no longer has an instant text feature. It was nice to see exactly, via text, when a debit card transaction went through and it doesn’t have that option any longer. It also does not have the feature to “turn off” a card. This feature was nice when my card was missing. It gave peace of mind to lock it, so it couldn’t be used in the event someone had it. The new app does not have that and I feel it should.
