I know you all had some growing pains to get through this most recent update, but I really appreciate that you are giving us technology that you can.I also had a wonderful chance to meet the manager of the Arrowhead branch. He is professional warm and kind. I think he is a great ambassador for Copper State Credit Union and I Compliment him in this open way. I think credit unions often get. Feedback on the negative situations, but not the positive. So I just wanted to give my two cents. Oh wait… Do we still have pennies? Anyway, good job you guys.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. This “new” app won’t allow me to access my account. I’ve tried also with the website and am not able to either. So they took the old website down over the weekend and informed us that we would need to select First Time User to get back into our accounts. You think they would’ve tested this first to make sure it works. I called them directly and after being on hold, because of high volume, for 1 hour, 17 mins, I was told that their system was down too and didn’t have any answers for me, nor did they know when it would start working again. Her only advice was, “keep trying.” So frustrating!!!UPDATE 2/4/25:Well, I was finally able to login to see my account. Worst app ever! What was wrong with the old one? This new app has you having to go to several places to get the info you’re looking for instead of being in one place like the old app. In the old app I was able to pull up my high yield acct that showed a history of deposits and withdrawals, along with interest earned, all with one click of a button. And when I pull up my 2 CD accounts, they don’t show the monthly interest earned at a glance. You now have to bring up the monthly statements, and look at each month individually. What a pain.

I Graduated online from Grand Canyon University and got a student account at Canyon State Credit Union. It was a Lopes Student checking account and (purple 😝) I’m from and live in Alabama and still use the account. I can mobile deposit a check later in the day and it still clears the same day because of the 2 hour time difference. 😛😛

What a bad attempt trying to transition to a new updated app for this company. I have my car loan thru this company and I am highly considering going else where. It use to be so easy to add an additional bank account to make car payments and now it takes at least 3 days to even get additional info to add your new account. My car payment is coming up soon and I’m stressed about whether or not they will give me this additional info to make transfers. Calling them over the phone is unbearable as well they don’t have an option for a call back so you’ll be on hold for at least an 1-2 hours if not more.
