I’ve had GEHA since 2001 and never had issues! Customer service is fantastic! And even silly or off the wall questions get answered all the time. Keep up the good work!

They could not handle the OPM decision to change postal retirees health care enrollment to PSHB. They are erroneously not enrolling people in the right programs and delaying getting proper Plan D Rx ID cards to participants , in some cases till 5/1/25 when half the year is almost gone. They tell you to use the card provided that doesn’t show Plan D , to purchase prescriptions at a much higher cost … stay away from this company . I made the mistake of choosing a lower premium provider@$326 to save money , whereas BCBS @ $600 a month , where I was for my entire career.. it’s true.. you get what you pay for…a Cadillac or a Ford Pinto

Too many accounts created for me, and I’m one individual with NO dependents on my account. Correction there shouldn’t be any dependents on my account. I should only have ONE account. Can’t access health equity because someone keeps creating accounts for every new enrollment, and it’s really becoming annoying. I created one account. That’s the only account needed. Health equity team fix my account. I have NO access. Stop changing things that don’t need to be fixed. They’re NOT broken. 😡

There's no way to pre-populate provider info, so every time you do try to submit a claim, you have to enter the provider info manually, even if you've submitted claims for that provider before. Other insurance apps let you save provider data so you can select from a list of providers you've already visited.
