We’ve also unlocked a bunch of progress and recovery features for everyone (free users now get muscle recovery indicators plus workout and progress charts with up to 8 weeks of history), made the muscle target chart available to all, added your exercises and templates to Spotlight search, and fixed a few issues like badges getting out of sync and progress charts in shared images.

This update is all about smoother tracking and more control: we fixed a rare crash in the Habits screen, corrected workout duration calculations, and made charts show the right value when you tap on them. You can now long‑press a past performance in Exercise Details to edit sets and reps if you logged something wrong, plus there’s a new quick guide that explains 1RM and training volume. We also cleaned up dark mode colors in a few popups and freed up storage by removing old data and deleting custom exercise images when you delete the exercise.

Time for an upgrade: you can now track time-based exercises (switch any move between reps or time—perfect for planks), plus a new 2025 Recap that turns your year of training into fun, shareable slides. We also fixed a rare crash, cleaned up a small color issue when sharing workout/exercise images, improved the story share sizing for the recap, and corrected a couple of isolation exercises that were mistakenly labeled as compound.

Big update: you can now add labels to exercises (like plate‑loaded machine, wide grip, etc.) so you can log variations separately and keep your history and progress nice and tidy. Workout plans are smarter too—sorting now respects your filters and highlights popular routines. On Apple Watch, Muscle Recovery is always visible, even if the phone hasn’t synced yet. Plus, we tuned performance and squashed a bunch of bugs, including rare crashes at launch, in active workouts, and when finishing a session, along with some UI fixes.

Share your full workout plans and the built-in routines with a link—friends can view them on the web or add them in the app (even just one workout or start it right away). We also added a Workout Heatmap to go with Workouts per Week and the Calendar, and you can show or hide any chart in Workouts and Insights. AI Coach insights now appear in your Monthly Report, you can share the Fitness Tip of the Day as an image, shuffle the style of your stories, enjoy smoother CSV import with a progress bar, a better exercise search, and a fresh look for the latest iOS. Plus lots of fixes: no more random crashes when adding measurements, the finished workout screen won’t close itself, no weird sideways scrolling, changing starting resistance now updates past stats, editing past performances won’t hang, and we cleaned up some layouts.
