1/30: Transactions have been fixed. I can consistently see my transactions. Moving my review up to 2 stars now. The current on going issue for me is linked accounts. It’s never worked. I get my accounts linked in the app, I get a confirmation email that it’s done successfully but the account never shows up and I can’t complete transfers from the other bank.12/9 Update: Still can’t see my transactions in the app nor the website. Customer service line has a hard time understanding context of what I’m asking for when I’m trying to make sure I don’t have weird transactions on my account. I figure I will give this to the end of the year and if it’s not resolved, I’ll close the account. Putting my money at risk isn’t worth the hassle to earn rapid reward points. 11/25: The app will only open roughly half the time. The other half you get a blank screen that just says something went wrong. The times I can get the app to open. It is never able to show me my transactions and it just says we are unable to retrieve your data. I get the same unable to retrieve your data when I try to log into the account online. There is no page to see rapid reward points accumulated which is the entire point of this debit card to me

I recently signed up for a card, and have transferred funds to this card. As I am waiting for the physical card to arrive, I am under the impression that I can add the new card to my digital wallet. But, how? I called customer support and they told me that it isn’t available. However, the emails make it seem like there is digital wallet support. So…yes or no?

This app is literally the most irritating one on my phone. I have never been able to consistently login, even on the website. At this point I’m just not going to be depositing any money into this account and if they don’t get their issues fixed in the next couple of weeks, I’ll be closing the account altogether. The debit card arrived today (which was supposed to come over a week ago “by November 22nd”), and I can’t even activate it online because their systems are NEVER working. Website just loads halfway then stops, and app always says “something went wrong”. What kinda high school development contest did yall use to build this app?? No way you paid professionals a salary to do this, and then also actually rolled it out like it’s ready??? Get tf real. Such an irritating experience from start to finish.**UPDATE: also adding how annoying it is that there are no notifications about deposits or any way to set up REAL and MEANINGFUL alerts (ACH in or out, transactions over a certain amount, transactions at certain places, etc). This account functions more like a low budget Cash App (even they let you know when money is received) as opposed to a bank account.

There’s always an issue with initially signing in and starting up the account. With the Wyndham rewards account I had to reset my password a few times to gain access to my account and I’m now having the same problems with the southwest version. Anytime you escalate something it’s always 2 to 4 business days. Customer service needs to be a lot better. I give customer service a one star, the whole system is extremely outdated. I hope they can keep up to compete and make everything better all around. There’s also no way to track the miles that you earned and what categories.
