I love the app! 1) Please add dark mode option and the ability to change my time zone in the app. 2) Please allow the user to add notes on their transactions. 3) Identify Finicity (a 3rd party rent payment company owned by MasterCard) when they access my account and also notify me whenever they gain access. Currently, it’s only programmed to show the account holder has accessed the account. 4) Finally, please give the account holder the ability to determine the frequency in which 3rd parties can access their account. For example, the ability to only allow access from Finicity once a month when they take a payment and never again throughout the month. Thank-you!

Why do I give five stars to CUW?I’ve been banking here for years and not once has there been any sort of error on their behalf that I somehow didn’t cause. I love being able to talk to a person that speaks perfect English every time I call. They offer most of their services online now and if I prefer to email them with questions, I get an answer back typically within 24 hours. I had a problem for awhile overextending myself and they were very understanding and worked with me to make sure I still had my credit line I needed but to get my debt paid off. CUW is a personal bank with personal service catered to each of their members. And I wasn’t paid to say this. :-)

I had houses and the other bank called my loan due I had and don’t remember but I made all current payments and with a blink of an eye the houses were gone. My bank cards were frozen even though I was working I could not use any of the cards from this other bank. I went immediately to Credit Union West and talked to the branch manager and she said “ you are lucky we were going to follow this other bank but we listened to you and we will keep your cards safe and open. I HAD NEVER BEEN SO PROUD OF BEING A CREDIT UNION WEST MEMBER God bless 🙏❤️‍🩹

Locked Out of App!!

For the past two days, every time I open the app, all I get is an error message reading "Something went wrong while attempting to send the last request. Please try again." I am completely locked out of my mobile account and there seems to be no way to resolve this, I cant log out of my account, deleting the app does nothing. PLEASE HELP
