First Premier Bank is an awesome bank that offers customers soooo many benefits that other banks don’t. The convenience of making their debit cards in-house is unmatched! Knowing I can walk in to any First Premier branch and walk out with a new debit card in hand just a few minutes later gives me a peace of mind that no other bank I’ve banked with has ever been able to do, especially since I live an hour away from my closest branch. No more waiting in the mail for a week, no more waiting for my PIN to come separately in the mail, and no more calling or going into my branch to service my account. With the First Premier Bank mobile app, I have total control over all my accounts and the associated cards! If my debit card gets lost or stolen, I’m able to lock my card no matter what day, or time of day it is. I can just as easily unlock my card and continue using it if I happen to find it, or order a new card if I can’t find it or it does get stolen. Need to talk to someone about an urgent matter but unable to talk on the phone? No problem! The mobile app offers a chat option so you can instant message an associate during business hours that will answer any questions and/or help you service your account however you need! The app also allows you to link an external bank account in case you ever need to transfer funds between your external account and your First Premier account. Super convenient and not something I’ve seen another bank offer! With the First Premier Bank mobile app, you’re able to do pretty much everything else that other mobile banking apps offers, such as: deposit checks, transfer funds, bill pay, and much more. Unlike most mobile banking apps, with the First Premier Bank app you can transfer funds to anyone with a First Premier bank account, making sending and receiving money easier than ever! First Premier is truly ahead of the game and more modernized than most banks today!

This is the first Bank, I’ve ever banked with . I’ve had my house mortgage through them &&they took great care of me. I moved across the US , and I still continue to bank with them bc the customer service is absolutely fabulous. They are quick to react on any fraud charges , and they also are quick to enlighten you on any questions or concerns you may have. I seriously couldn’t see myself banking with any other bank. They have always taken such good care of me.

This bank randomly took money from account because of a dispute and issue I had with a check so when the time came and I really needed the money they just took it out of my account and screwed me, I don’t know why you would add money to my account if you were just gonna take it away from me when bills need to be paid Update: this is by far the worst customer support ever, I got double charged for items the bank was no help in getting me a refund, they are like “oh we will contact this person and figure it out, oh nevermind you have to contact them” and if the charge does look fishy they do not care, this banks security is the worse, you would pay for like food but over your usual limits but they think it be scam, but if something like a $200 charge appears on your card that you didn’t make in another location it’s perfectly ok, WORST BANK EVER

I like that this app is so simple and you have easy access throughout the whole app. You can check your accounts and it’s posted right at the top. You can your other bills online straight from the account too. I personally like the debit card so it just takes it from the card instead of the checking account automatically.
