I love everything about this Bank! They know you by name and make sure to call you by name when you go in. They have free checking options and allow you to open more than one account without extra fees. The mobile app and website is super user-friendly and I like the ability to be able to move money back-and-forth between personal and business accounts.

I love everything about this Bank! They know you by name and make sure to call you by name when you go in. The mobile app and website is super user-friendly and I like the ability to be able to move money back-and-forth between personal and business accounts.
Not ADA compliant . Transactions not available for day to day.

This app used to be easy to use for people with visual impairments. Now unable to adjust fonts to a size that is able to be seen without cutting off half the screen app will not no appear in portrait mode. My second problem is that you can no longer view daily transactions along with whom you made the transaction . Waiting for statements is too long to catch fraudulent transactions so the bank can be alerted and a stop can be made and a new card issued. Bring back daily transactions

Avoid this app! Shady!
I have banked with Fidelity Bank for more than 16 years now and I’ve been absolutely thrilled with how well the app works but even better how great the service is when I need something done in person. I never thought that I would be able to find great technology and great customer service, but with his bank, you get both!

I have been with Fidelity Bank now for approximately six years. I have never known a bank that still actually applied customer service to a level as these guys do. I truly can say that these guys are more than five stars. If you’re tired of dealing with large, impersonal and generic banks make the switch.
